Process documentation and information from variety of sources.
Collate, extract and/or summarize data and produce standard reports/schedules/summaries and/or letters, seeking additional information where necessary.
Identify and undertake initial investigations into data discrepancies.
Carry out ad hoc assignments as required, involving internal and/or external liaison, within set guidelines.
Transcribe from notes and/or written briefs internal and external correspondences and reports.
Attend and minutes meeting as required.
Liaise with internal customers/clients/external agencies on the telephone and/or in writing.
Schedule appointments.
Implement appropriate filing-archiving and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access to up to date information at all times.
Troubleshoot and/or provide technical guidance and support.
