What do we need from you?
As a Level 2 Support Agent, you will:
- Learn and become proficient in solving technical issues in at least three of our products
- Solve complex technical issues escalated by Level 1 Support staff
- Proactively document, monitor and update Support tickets and actionable steps taken
- Support the Level 1 agent in communicating progress to the customers
- Submit software product issues (bugs) to product development for resolution
- Validate and document software bug fixes in product releases before they are made available to customers
- Stay up-to-date with all the latest technologies concerning our software products
- Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
- Provide technical support and product training to other team members
- Participate in Team Meetings
Compensation
For U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are hired into an ongoing contract, we will hire you as an employee (W-2) at $12/hr (instead of an independent contractor) which gives you access to benefits and reduces your federal tax burden.
* Note: While are seeking candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in at least one of the technologies listed, we strongly prefer candidates who are competent in two or more of the technologies listed.
Working Hours: This job is only offered on a Full Time basis (40 hrs/wk). Level 2 Agents work between 8 am and 6 pm Eastern Time, including breaks, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do observe US Daylight Savings Time, so Eastern Time is UTC-4 in the summer and UTC-5 in the winter.

Supply Chain Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors stock level and suggests order to be placed.
Provides for stock management on an ongoing basis, studies consumption trends comparatively with forecast, and recommends optimal procurement cycle (quantities, frequencies etc.).

Coordinates monitoring of freight routing and shipments from point of origin to destination, and takes corrective measures with suppliers/agents to expedite delivery.
Studies and evaluates freight mix and terms (land hauling, sea freight), based on suppliers location, and routes and available transportation systems which ensure optimal cost of delivery.
Keeps record of shipping agencies for all geographic locations (prices, sailing frequencies, planned departure and arrival dates, routing including transshipment ports etc..), and reports changes in prices and/or schedules to manager and marketing department
Makes sure all consignments are properly covered by insurance.
Follows up with central warehouse on all damaged shipments to ensure that the appropriate claim is filed with the responsible party, whether suppliers or insurance companies.
Follows-up with suppliers on all credit notes, transfers etc., and ensures they have been taken action for in a timely manner.
Handles L/C establishment wherever applicable.
Follows up on receipt of documents related to orders placed. Reviews documents on shipments, coordinate with clearing agents and warehouses for prompt receipt of goods.
Academic Qualifications:
BA in Business.
Languages:
Arabic and English. French is a plus.
